Sacramento Sheriff's Air Squadron

Greetings and welcome to Sacramento County Sheriff’s Air Squadron.

We are delighted to see you as part of our aviation and law enforcement community. As you browse our website, you will see that our members are eager to share their passion for flying and support of our Sacramento Sheriff’s Office (SSO). As an SSO affiliate organization, we participate as part of the Sheriff’s volunteer division. Our mission includes aviation transportation and support activities.

We also cooperate with the Sheriff in providing an aviation scholarship program to Sacramento Area residents supporting aviation and aerospace related training.

Both pilots and non-pilots are welcome to join our monthly meetings held at Sacramento Executive Airport. Field visits acquaint our members with a wide range of aviation and law enforcement work. Our monthly Newsletter contains information on all these activities.
